Admin workflows are the product in content apps

A gallery, directory, or small CMS is not finished when the public page renders.

The real product is often the admin workflow: upload, edit, reorder, delete, protect, approve, and recover content without breaking the site. The public UI is only half of the system.

This is why built-in editors and permission boundaries matter in small SaaS products.
