IoT becomes AIoT when sensing changes decisions.

Collecting data is only the first step. The AI layer should classify, predict, explain, optimize, or trigger action from sensor streams. Otherwise the system is just telemetry with a chatbot nearby.

The intelligence belongs in the decision loop.
