You could build some KPIs to help you:
- A very Clear view of your CAC after few repetitions
- Very clear picture of your LTV: assuming that people will just buy once makes things easy
- If there is some word of mouth and virality, better for you, just dont count on it
- Your infra costs are very well defined, a sper your selected VPS
- Some of the eyes that saw your ad and product, would hopefully buy your pricing strategy
Do the math and get:
- Some revenue metrics: EBITDA (?)
- Net profit after all the expenses and so on
- % Gross Margin
- NRR (Net revenue retention)
- % Revenue Retention, % Churn Rate…
Some people say that if you get LTV/CAC >3 that you should forget about Stocks or Real Estate.
Others, look into LTGP the life time to gross profit
Create your funnel and a user journey map to see where the friction is!
